  • Ratio: use 1:2 ratio for darker roasts (18 g in, 36 g out). Use 1:3 ratio for lighter roasts (18 g in, 54 out)

Espresso Instructions

  1. Carefully dose, distribute and tamp, ensuring evenness
  2. Aim for 25-28 sec extraction time
  3. If espresso flows too fast, consider grinding slightly finer
  4. If espresso flows too slow, consider grinding slightly coarser
  5. Adjust dose (+/- 1 gram) if you feel strength/body needs to be adjusted
