FRENCH PRESS

  • Ratio: 1:15 (e.g. 20 g coffee, 300g water)
  • Water Temp: 195 - 205 degrees depending on roast level (lower temp for darker roasts)

Brew Instructions

  1. Pre heat french press, discard water
  2. Place ground coffee into french press
  3. Place French press on scale and tare
  4. Pour water continuously over coffee to reach your total weight, making sure all coffee gets wet
  5. Place lid with plunger just above the coffee bed (do not press)
  6. At 4 min, remove lid, and use a spoon to submerge all coffee grinds
  7. Again place plunger just above the coffee bed
  8. At minute 8 press softly and serve
  9. Enjoy!
