
FRENCH PRESS
- Ratio: 1:15 (e.g. 20 g coffee, 300g water)
- Water Temp: 195 - 205 degrees depending on roast level (lower temp for darker roasts)
Brew Instructions
- Pre heat french press, discard water
- Place ground coffee into french press
- Place French press on scale and tare
- Pour water continuously over coffee to reach your total weight, making sure all coffee gets wet
- Place lid with plunger just above the coffee bed (do not press)
- At 4 min, remove lid, and use a spoon to submerge all coffee grinds
- Again place plunger just above the coffee bed
- At minute 8 press softly and serve
- Enjoy!
