Las Perlitas group lot celebrates various small lots from producers in Huila, Antioquia and Nariño Colombia whose farms range in elevation from 1,600 to 2,000 m.a.s.l. and grow primarily Pink Bourbon, caturra and a small amount of gesha.
The objective of this project is to support these groups that produce excellent Micro-Lots, but in quantities not large enough to make up for an entire lot. The blend is lovingly called “Las Perlitas” or, in English the little pearls.
We taste grape, tropical fruit like lychee, raspberries, tangerine, and a lemonade-like tartness and creamy body.
