El Injerto Washed Gesha

This is the  Legendary El Injerto Gesha (an exotic variety that goes for very high value in auction) that we’re  selling in 8oz (225g) bags (makes a solid 20 cups maybe a bit more per bag). We were able to secure a small amount from our friends in Guatemala, and roast these 15 bags at a time. 

The seed for these coffees was brought from the Legendary Hacienda La Esmeralda in Panama to El Injerto’s award winning farm in Guatemala in 2004.

El Injerto is carbon neutral certified and has won Cup of Excellence 9 times.

An amazing representation of the Gesha varietal.  We taste notes of sweet maple syrup, lavender, peach and a long lasting aftertaste of ripe fruit.  Grab one while it lasts. 

Farmers invest significantly more effort and expense into this lower yielding variety in order to produce this exotic coffee. The result is truly astonishing quality and flavors in the cup.
