Santa Bárbara has earned its place among the world’s most respected coffee-growing regions through the dedication of its producers and the work of Beneficio San Vicente. We sourced this coffee through Benjamín Paz and Ariel Gómez, whose commitment to quality and long-term relationships continues to connect exceptional coffees from the region with roasters around the world.

The Gesha variety has found an ideal home in the mountains of Santa Bárbara, where the region’s elevation and climate allow it to develop remarkable clarity, elegance, and complexity. This washed lot from Edwin Hernández is a beautiful expression of both the variety and the region, offering a refined cup with delicate florals, vibrant citrus, and a lingering sweetness.
