Carefully combined seasonal coffees comprise our medium roast, chocolatey, bright and complex espresso blend.
Current components are a washed Colombia Huila, a washed Guatemala from Huehuetenango and a washed Ethiopian Gedeb. The blend changes as new fresh crop coffees arrive.

I love this coffee. It has a solid chocolate base that sits perfectly in any cortados I make but also has an understated brightness that shines through in my afternoon espressos. Just a fabulous well rounded blend that covers all the bases without being bitter or sour and sufficiently understated to not overwhelm a milk drink. 10/10
Amazing coffee and love that it's a local roaster! I've tried many coffee beans over the years and have honed in my skills for pour over and the breville espresso machine. The beans from Great Circle are amazing quality, fresh, full of flavor and aroma. I like the enjoy the coffee as is or with a bit of steamed oat milk as it does not need anything else!
