Some of our favorite coffees come from Santa Bárbara, Honduras, a region that has earned worldwide recognition through the work of its producers and the team at Beneficio San Vicente.

We sourced this coffee through Benjamín Paz, whose family has helped shape Santa Bárbara’s reputation in specialty coffee, and Ariel Gómez, who works alongside producers throughout the harvest to identify exceptional lots and connect them with roasters around the world. Their commitment to quality and long-term relationships is reflected in every coffee they export.

Of all the varieties grown in Santa Bárbara, Pacas has become our favorite. Year after year, we’re drawn to its remarkable sweetness, balance, and versatility. This lot is a wonderful example of why—it delivers notes of milk chocolate, caramel, ripe stone fruit, and bright citrus in a cup that’s comforting, expressive, and incredibly easy to enjoy. It’s the kind of coffee that reminds us why we continue coming back to this region.
